They’re a pop punk band and won’t be around much longer due to the fact that the member’s are moving and in other bands, but I”ve seen them a couple times and really enjoyed it. They have a couple shows coming up and you should be there.

Green Day at the Mezzanine 11/1/11
Wednesday, December 7th, 2011Green day’s surprise show on November 1, 2011 at the Mezzanine was so sick. It was one of the best shows I have ever seen since they have blown up, it was nice to see them in an intimate setting. The show gave me such a high afterwards. Been a fan for years. If you have a chance , I recommend seeing them live.
